1. The service and this edition
These terms apply to jenera.fit and the current test version of the Jenera mobile app. The Jenera team is responsible for developing the project. Contact: [email protected].
This is a working edition for the development period. Before public release, we will clarify the identity and details of the service provider, access rules and other release terms. This page does not mean that legal review of the future release is complete.
Visiting the website does not create an account or a paid subscription, or consent to marketing emails. Read the rules before using a test build. If a particular feature requires consent or additional terms, accepting them must be a separate, clear action.
2. Access and testing
The website introduces the product through workout examples, interface images and a few exercise videos. Example sets on the page do not record a workout. An email expressing interest in testing does not guarantee an invitation or a particular release date.
Test builds may contain errors and incomplete features, receive updates or become unavailable. The installed build determines which features are available. A design or description of a future feature is not confirmation that it is available today.
The website does not take payments. The test version described here has no paid Jenera subscription. If paid features are introduced, their price and terms will be displayed before purchase; this edition does not authorise automatic charges.
If the law requires a legal representative’s consent for a minor to participate, it must be obtained before participation and data submission. Age conditions for public release will be clarified separately.
3. Training and demonstration videos
Jenera helps you record exercises and compare results. It does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment. Videos and examples are not personalised advice on training load or comprehensive safety instructions.
Choose exercises and loads according to your experience and gym rules. If you have health limitations, discuss suitable loads with a qualified professional; discuss unfamiliar exercise technique with a trainer. Do not continue through pain or significant discomfort.
History, records and calculated metrics depend on the data entered and calculation rules. Check your records before using results to plan training. The app does not promise a particular athletic outcome.
4. Your records and device
The current local tracker stores history and settings on your device. Do not rely on a cloud copy until sync and recovery are available and enabled in your build. Deleting the app or its data, resetting or losing your phone may erase local records.
The team cannot restore data from a server if it was never sent there. Keep a separate copy of important results using an available method before deleting data or reinstalling a test build.
Do not share sign-in codes with others and protect access to your device. When reporting a bug, include the app version and steps to reproduce it. Do not attach passwords, verification codes, medical documents or other people’s data.
5. Acceptable use
Use the website and available app features lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not try to access others’ data, impersonate another person, disrupt the service, distribute malicious code or bypass restrictions on private data.
Do not send unlawful material, threats, spam or others’ confidential information to the team. Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected] with a description that does not expose other people’s data.
Access may be restricted to protect the service against identified abuse or security threats. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact the team for review.
6. Rights to materials
Rights to the Jenera name and design, software code, images, text and catalog materials belong to their respective rights holders. The catalog includes GymVisual materials; access through Jenera does not grant distribution rights.
You may view materials and use available features for your own workouts. Reselling, publishing a separate video collection or including materials in another product requires the rights holder’s permission, except where expressly allowed by law. Open-source licence terms for individual components remain applicable.
Keeping a journal does not transfer rights to your own records to the team or permit their public disclosure. Product feedback is voluntary; do not send material you are not entitled to share.
7. Future features and external services
Accounts, server sync, posts and communication with trainers and gyms are separate features whose availability will be shown in the app. Related access, visibility, moderation and data-processing rules will be clarified before they are enabled.
The website does not offer lesson purchases, guaranteed bookings or payment for trainer services. Describing Jenera’s plans does not enter you into a contract with a gym or trainer.
When you move to an external email app, app store or other service, its rules also apply. Clicking an email link creates a draft in your email program; it does not send the message automatically.
8. Privacy
Data processing is described separately in the Privacy Policy at jenera.fit/privacy. A link appears at the top of this page. These terms do not replace required consent to data processing.
For access, corrections or deletion, email [email protected]. The team’s ability to fulfil a request depends, among other things, on whether the data was sent to the team or exists only on your device.
9. Responsibility and enquiries
We consider bug reports and the limitations of the test version, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, freedom from all errors or compatibility with every device. This description of product limitations does not waive statutory duties or liability.
These terms do not limit mandatory user rights, including those under applicable consumer-protection law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or exclude liability where the law prohibits doing so.
Send questions or complaints to [email protected]. Describe the situation and the outcome you seek. Contacting the team does not remove your right to approach a competent authority or court as provided by law.
10. Updates and stopping use
The current edition is available at jenera.fit/terms with its update date. Significant rule changes and terms for new features must be communicated before they apply; separate consent will be requested where required. A new edition does not constitute consent to previously unagreed payments or data processing.
You may stop using the website or test build. Save important records before deleting local data. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete support emails or information previously sent to external services. Deletion is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Questions about these terms or testing: [email protected].
